Instagram is the leading platform in the social media-sphere. Almost everyone’s got it, uses it or has at least heard of it. Nowadays, it’s more than just a place to share pictures and connect with people. It’s become the go-to place to sell services, products and even yourself. (let me explain)
Over 1 billion people use Instagram every month and 500 million of those users are checking their account daily. Making Instagram the ultimate free advertising space to promote just about anything and everything. If used correctly, you could make some seriously hard earned cash through the app and lift your business or brand off the ground. Not only that, it’s become the number one place to go in search of inspiration for travel, decor, recipes and more.
As a travel and lifestyle blogger myself, I put so much effort into perfecting my pictures and editing them, only to hit a wall when it came to writing out all the captions. (first world problems – I know) However, instagram is one of the main platforms I use to drive traffic to my blog, it only makes sense that I put in the time and effort.
With a high demanding audience and powerful influence on just about everything we do, it’s no wonder so many people are spending countless hours plugged into the app. But I get it, the thought of spending even MORE time on social media has you drained. Or, with an already very busy work schedule, you just can’t find the time to keep up to date.
“If only there was a super easy Instagram planner that could just do it all for me.”
Well, since you mentioned it, I’m going to let you in on a little secret… What if I told you, that for the last 6-8 months, I haven’t physically posted to my account via the Instagram app. Nope, not me, I’ve been bulk uploading, writing caption, hash-tagging and scheduling all of my content with an amazing planner called Planoly.
Planoly is both a desktop and mobile friendly Instagram planner, allowing you to upload and schedule as many post as you like. The best bit, is that this tool comes with a FREE account option. Granted you don’t get all of the functionalities with this account, but, it still does the trick, especially if you just want to try it out or aren’t using Instagram to build a business, brand or blog.
So, how does it work?
Once you’ve signed up and connected your Instagram account, it’s fairly simple. With the ability to upload multiple pictures, pre-plan and write all the captions, add hash-tags, locations, and other users. Easily drag and drop your images into a draft feed and move them around to get the best look. Then once all is complete choose the exact time and date that you want them to be posted and Planoly will do the rest.
No more wasted time posting your photo’s one by one, trying to figure out what to write for the captions or finding an internet connection at the time you want to post.
It gets better…
As well as automating your work-flow and staying consistent, Planoly also offers a range of selected insights on all your posts that are published through them. Such as managing your comments, discovering relevant hash-tags and users, as well as ranking your top posts for future reference. It’s true when they say the Instagram game just got stronger, but, with this simple to use Instagram planner it couldn’t be easier.
But wait, what’s that catch?
No catch (really) anyone who has an Instagram account can sign up for FREE. However, there are some functionalities that are only available to paid users, such as:
- Post 30+ images in a month
- See all your comments in one place
- Able to tag other users and accounts
- Publish anything other than still images (GIFs, videos etc.)
- Use the carousel feature in still images
I am currently using the DUO plan, as I manage two separate accounts. But the SOLO plan is perfect for the regular user, I have listed plans below (all prices are in USD).
It’s also important I mention that this tool/planner is specifically for Instagram ONLY! If you’re looking for something to help you manage all different social platforms in one place, then this is not the tool for you.
So, what are you waiting for. Go ahead, sign up for free HERE and start being more consistent on Instagram.
